After full payment:

• Clients receive the rights to use final deliverables for their intended business purposes

• 3NAAN Digital may showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing

Unused concepts, drafts, and rejected designs remain the property of 3NAAN Digital.

5. Payments & Billing

• Payment terms and milestones are outlined in the project agreement.

• Late payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery

• Fees are non-refundable once work has started or significant progress has been made, unless stated otherwise

Clients are responsible for applicable taxes, hosting, domains, software, and third-party fees unless specified otherwise.

3NAAN Digital is not liable for:

• Loss of business, revenue, profits, or data

• Downtime or issues caused by hosting providers, platforms, plugins, or third-party tools •Problems caused by client-side or third-party changes after project completion

Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
